Terrible Experience – Avoid This Seller
Our order was delayed by several months, and when the shipment finally arrived, it was damaged, missing parts, and lacked any instructions. The seller has stopped responding to messages, making it impossible to resolve these issues.
There was no inventory list included, and the remote control is entirely in Chinese with no instructions on how to change the language or use the product properly. Although the shipment was supposedly insured, the courier documented the damages, but the seller refuses to respond or take responsibility.
I strongly recommend avoiding this seller to prevent similar frustrations and losses.
